Contact Form
If you use the Contact Us online form, we will collect a certain amount of voluntarily-supplied information. We will receive all of the information explicitly entered or selected by the user on the form, as well as the user’s IP address, web browser (user agent) information, and the date and time the form was submitted. All of this information is sent directly to us via email.
Log Files
